1. How much are your fees?
We understand representation can be costly. Therefore, we put forth great effort to offer the most affordable attorney fees possible. Because the complexity of each case differs, we quote fees after the facts have been discussed with an attorney. Because your case is important:
Our consultations start at the low costs of
-$50 for asylum/U-Visa/VAWA;
-$100 for non-business immigration matters, adoption and divorce.
-$250 for business visas, and business law issues.
· We offer flat rates for attorney fees for most legal services.
· We offer payment plans for most legal services.
*Please note: Our attorney’s fees do not cover other fees, including, but not limited to government or court filing fees, translation fees and medical examination fees.
2. Why should I hire an attorney?
Often those in need of legal assistance turn to friends, family members, themselves, or non-attorneys such as notarios for legal advice or for assistance in completing legal forms. All too often, many of those same clients end up having their cases denied or delayed because of a simple or substantial error.
While we cannot change the facts of your case, we are skilled and competent to research the law and keep track of changes in the law in order to help make your legal case a smoother and less confusing process. Due to our professionalism, experience and affordable fees, a majority of our new clients come as referrals from other clients, colleagues or other attorneys.
3. I do not live in the Atlanta and have an immigration issue. Can you still represent me?
Yes! Gibbons Law Offices represents clients from all over the U.S. and the world. If you are outside metro-Atlanta we can conduct the consultation via phone, email or Skype. In order to facilitate representation, important documents can be faxed, mailed or scanned.
4. What forms of payment do you accept?
For consultations we accept cash, money orders, cashier (bank) checks, Chase QuickPay, and Paypal.
After reprsentation begins we accept cash, money orders, cashier's (bank) checks, personal checks, Chase QuickPay, Paypal and Major Credit Cards.
